Canadian firm acquires Natura World assets

Canadian company Spring Air Sommex Corp. announced Monday that it has taken control of certain assets and has acquired the exclusive rights to Natura World Inc., including its manufacturing operations in Cambridge, Ontario, and the exclusive rights to the Natura brands for North America.
