M.L. Bailey, 92, passed away on June 6, 2012, in Wichita Falls. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, June 12, 2012, at the Anderson Chapel, 612 Roosevelt, in Wichita Falls, Texas, with Pastor John Woods, officiating.
